As a small crew and a small business, we produce hundreds of loaves per day for many large wholesale customers both in restaurant and grocery, as well as run booths at grower's markets in the summer time. 

That's why we require 3-4 days minimum lead time for any special orders.  If it isn't a product we make, we may not be able to help.  If it is a product we do make, there may be limitations on the number that we can produce.  We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to help you.

Please note that we do not make cake or pie, and we also do not sell starter or dough of any kind. WE ALSO DO NOT SHIP BREAD.
